worst experience ever. extremely painful. very rushed. I am still having wax all over my body. not tidy at all. at one moment she just stopped and pointed out that the remaining hairs were too short to get. I have had many waxes and never an issue previously. when doing my upper lip she even cut into my lips, so that I started bleeding. they were clearly understaffed but that should not affect the customer in any way like what I experienced. never again!

Everything was very efficient from the moment I step foot into the salon. The salon is bigger than one expects from the outside and has very ambient massage rooms. The masseur was great! What a find on my first use of the app. You could tell he was experienced and delivered a stunning, relaxing experience. thank you!
