They moved my appointment last minute and then ran late. They did fit me in later that day but felt very rushed. The overall treatment was good but not amazing

I am writing this review so I can help other people not do the same mistake as I did by choosing this place.
This has been my worst experience at a salon, ever.
1) They started my treatment 30 minutes late (I’ll add my beautician made tea for another customer while I was waiting) so I missed another appointment I’d lined up
2) They glued my eyes so I had to stay an extra 20minutes so they could take threads off my eyeballs (true story!!!)
3) They didn’t offer a lower price for the service, I had to ask, and it was only £10 (unbelievable!!!)
4) THE EYELASHES LASTED A WEEK. Please note I’ve had them done in other places and they usually last at least 5 weeks. This time I did nothing different and they all fell quickly.
Please avoid this place.

The man -didn't get the name - who did my massage was very caring and he went above and beyond by giving me some plasters for my knee pains and offering me tea afterwards. Highly recommended!
