Very quiet spot in the middle of King’s Cross. The massage was downstairs, in a relaxed and cool environment. It was truly relaxing, Lily was very careful and gentle.

I booked a neck, shoulder and back massage as that is what I wanted.
This therapist, wanted me to agree to a full body and not what I booked. Three times I repeated that my shoulders were really tight and I don't like my legs being touched.
Despite this she spent most of the time on legs and instead of leaving feel great, I left with the tension headache still there. I got a verbal offer of "extra time next time" which isn't good enough. I tried to email after but it doesn't work.
