I'd booked a sports massage but was told - only when I arrived - that neither of the sports massage therapists were there. I had a deep tissue massage instead, with Ann. It was very good, and unasked, was refunded more than the difference in cost, but it was not what I'd booked nor did they let me know in advance that the sports massage was not available
