Really bad. Had at least three staff come into the room during my facial when my eyes were covered so I felt nervous regarding my stuff in the room.one went as fast to even say ' next client, hurry up 'to the beautician which made me feel really uncomfortable. The beautician was v nice, but lack of English was obvious and didnt see any results for a facial of that size

I am a regular here because the massages are always so good, and the rooms are always nice and warm which is important for relaxation! My massage with Eddie was great - a good balance of firm and energising but also relaxing and considerate. I’ll definitely be requesting him for my next visit!
