Hmm, where to begin? OK firstly, I abandoned 1st treatment due to therapist immediately climbing on top of me, and, then causing pain to my back. Prior to that, I was asked to complete a form (which had someone else's personal details on reverse) and then my medication was discussed in front of other customers. On both visits I was heavily encouraged to soak my feet in a foot spa as part of my treatment. 2nd treatment was much better. The therapist's name was Wisa (Note. A lot of the positive reviews do not have names). Upon reflection, I think Wisa's technique was fine but I still think it was too intimate and any muscle tightness could have equally been remedied through different means. The treatment was over an hour so I know the Practice was trying hard to readdress my negative experience. Unfortunately, it was too little too late. The conveyer belt system was unappealing too. Would not recommend

Whenever I need to get a hollywood wax, I can only trust the beauty therapists from this beauty salon. The beauty therapists are super professionals, considerate and efficient. Even if my hair is really thick, the wax is almost painless!
