Really bad. Had at least three staff come into the room during my facial when my eyes were covered so I felt nervous regarding my stuff in the room.one went as fast to even say ' next client, hurry up 'to the beautician which made me feel really uncomfortable. The beautician was v nice, but lack of English was obvious and didnt see any results for a facial of that size
