This is a really nice place, very clean, calm and professional - i came for the first time some months ago just to use the infra red sauna, but followed up on their advice at the time to book a massage first and then have the massage to really help with my stiff muscles.
Gina gave me an absolutely lovely Swedish massage, very relaxing yet therapeutic, good medium pressure, a lot of work on my shoulders which absolutely needed it, I highly recommend her. Will be back.
