The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. There was a mixup with our booking which took a while to sort out and almost resulted in us getting the wrong treatments.

Took plenty of time. Existing gel nails (done elsewhere) were very difficult to get off. Was very patient and gentle.
