I booked a manicure and pedicure but the manicure took so long (because the nail varnish was gloopy and bad quality), that there was no time for the pedicure and I had to come back the next day at my own expense and inconvenience. The day i came back, Inahd tonalso have my hand nails redone as the poor quality of the varnish meant it was thick and coming off. At this time, I asked if I could be booked in for threading which they said they'd do after my nails had been redone. My hands were in the dryer for 20minutes without anyone even checking pn me.so I asked when the threading would be. They said I'd have to wait for another hour and a half!! They would have just.left me waiting without even updating me. In the end, I said they at least needed to recompense me for travelling back because they hadn't finished the treatment the first day. They gave me about a £3 discount which was about enough to cover the bus fare. Overall, I spent about 4 hours in this salon over 2 days for a manicure pedicure! Without any apologies
