I have been here previously and loved it and hence re-booked after the lockdown eased. But this Time the service, hygiene and overall experience was much lower than expected. The facial waxing was done after a rigorous facial which Left nasty marks on my face. Plus the lady who did my waxing had no.clue what she was doing and kept asking me how to do things!!. Overall my experience was far from relaxing and I will really rethink if I will go back to this place!

I would highly recommend, the staff were attentive and professional. I had a mani & pedi which were just perfect honestly. My eyelashes look very well done. Overall I’m a very happy customer and will defo be coming back in the future!

I had an Ombre.
So the place and staff are really nice and welcomimg. I really enjoyed my head massage while it was rinsed and the chair gave me a back massage as well. They offer stuff to drink as well if you wanted.
The only issue I have is my hair came out very red in the end. I showed pictures and everything before so not sure what went wrong...... She told me it would wash out over time to be more copper. I asked for a warm brown.
So I'm waiting to see if this happens?
The cut was great.
