I was early so I was waiting outside. One of the staff let me in and She told me the lady who was doing my eyebrows has not arrived yet. I was still waiting & then I was told the lady who is doing my eyebrows was running late. Other lady said I can wax your eyebrows,I said that is fine. She started & the lady who was supposed to thread my eyebrows turned up and took over. I was offered a discount on my upper lip. It would have been better if they started my treatment sooner !
