Nine was really attentive and detailed with the massage and constantly made sure I was alright and happy with the treatment without disrupting the service. The aromatherapy massage also smelled and felt lovely and I even managed to fall asleep halfway

Friendly staff, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and the gel manicure that chips within a week. Items are cleaned with a quick spray between customers as formality, that quick spray doesn’t actually clean the item tho. That’s if your lucky because some items such as the nail file aren’t cleaned between customers, at least that was my experience. The whole point of a gel manicure is that it lasts for weeks, mine were peeling away at week 1...
