Gel manicure and pedicure was fine, however the varnish has already started to peel off after 5 days. Lovely chatty beauty therapist. However, as she started to soak my feet, which wasn’t included in the price of the express pedicure, the front of house person very abruptly asked if I had upgraded and then I was told not to expect this in future if I rebooked this treatment - made the situation feel very uncomfortable. Also it took much longer than the scheduled hour.
