Keratin treatment did not work. I have done them before in other locations and they came out fine. I waited 3 days to wash my hair and then used the keratin specific shampoo but hair was the same as before the treatment. I will wait a few weeks and get it done again at a different salon.

Veronica was very professional and clearly qualified. She adapted the massage based on my needs and muscular tightness. I also thought that washing your feet before the massage was a nice touch
