Awful experience! Went to have my lash extensions removed - two ladies came into the room and were chatting in their language with zero communication to me, however putting solutions on my eyes. I was then told abruptly; “10 MINUTES!” And then both women left me in the room ALONE with my eyes shut and left the door wide open! I was very uncomfortable and insulted at this point. When the woman came back in, she was clearly in a rush. She got solution in my eye through negligence- very unimpressed
