Both manicure and pedi have been executed poorly and the results reflect that. Nails are all different shapes, edges are so sharp that I keep hurting myself, colour has not been applied properly and nail bed is full of colour bubbles, nails are not smooth and have multiple ridges. I paid for spa manicure/pedicure and cuticles have not been removed/pushed back, toe nails haven’t been cut and I still have dead skin on my feet. It feels like I haven’t gotten these treatments at all and wasted £110

Elisa was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. I have been struggling with back problems for some time and had knots that other massage places were unable to remove. She managed to help me so much and my back has never felt better. I will absolutely be returning and recommend everyone to come here too.
