Had a really relaxing experience during the spa pedicure, Memo really put time and care during the session, and I was able to relax while getting a nice pedicure ♥️ thank you very much for the tea, relaxing music and all the small details!

Both manicure and pedi have been executed poorly and the results reflect that. Nails are all different shapes, edges are so sharp that I keep hurting myself, colour has not been applied properly and nail bed is full of colour bubbles, nails are not smooth and have multiple ridges. I paid for spa manicure/pedicure and cuticles have not been removed/pushed back, toe nails haven’t been cut and I still have dead skin on my feet. It feels like I haven’t gotten these treatments at all and wasted £110
