Really disappointed especially this was my first time getting nails done! I have booked for gel extensions but when I came the lady took stuff which looked not what I expected. I asked her and she said it’s acrylic. I told her that’s not what I ordered!! I even had to show her booking details. I feel she was very incompetent, didn’t know what she was doing! I was very excited but had to walk out as frankly, I don’t want to ruin my nails!
