It's not the most glamorous of places to go for a massage - through a nail parlour and down some stairs - but the quality of massage given my Lana was very good, and the place is clean.
The treatment room however was very pleasant: warm, pretty and uncluttered. There were coat hooks (usually don't find those) and a chair to put one's clothes on (also not always there).
Lana was friendly and kind, and (crucially for me) has strong hands and feet (not every Thai woman can do 'hard' massage).

Back and shoulder pain is gone hopefully for a long time. Elisa concentrated on my pain area and cares about the issue as she tries to understand the root of the problem.
