I recently had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! Irena was highly skilled and really knew how to get into the deep muscles and release all the tension. She started off by asking me about any specific areas of concern and then tailored the massage to my needs.
The pressure was just right - firm enough to really work out the knots, but not so hard that it was unbearable. Irena also used some stretching techniques which helped to loosen up my muscles even further.
