Unfortunately the nail gel removal was done completely with a sanding machine rather than partly + remover & foil soak. It was uncomfortable and likely not good for your nails!

The sink was shoved in a corner next to the nail chairs. It was a mess and the staff didn’t communicate well. The appointment over ran. It was marginally saved by the manager stepping in last minute but not a £40 experience. I did get a discount
