I had a really bad experience here I had a non trained tech do my nails it took 3 hours for a set of acrylics. They were wonky not filed properly and 2 nails broke throughout the treatment and when I asked for a refund or to at least just pay half the staff only said they’d give me £5 back and they didn’t even do that they weren’t making sense and wasn’t being reasonable. I want a refund

I come to this salon regularly for beauty treatment and massage. It is a hidden gem, I have always been very happy with the services provided. The team are lovely and friendly and it is spotlessly clean.

Simply the best massage I’ve ever had. Kes was exceptionally knowledgeable in what she does. The therapist ensured I was comfortable and focused on every single muscle in my whole body from head to toe. The Swedish massage. I’m planning to book this atleast once every month cos I feel like a brand new person.
All the aches in my lower back has tremendously reduced.
