I initially got my gel nails done, but they chipped on multiple fingers after a few days. I went back and the main lady instantly went about fixing them and was so apologetic. I can’t fault them with their customer service. However 2 days later the gel has cracked and chipped again so will need to get them removed. It’s a real shame because they’re lovely, hopefully I just had a couple of unfortunate experiences or the nail varnish wasn’t good.
