I booked to get my eyebrows threaded My appointment was moved and then told that they couldn’t do threading. The beautician attempted to thread my eyebrows I had to stop her as she admitted she wasn’t comfortable doing threading. The Salon refused to give me a refund even though they will claim the £10 from Treatwell. I am also unable to get a refund on the Treatwell app. Just lost £10! Absolutely awful!
