Not my first time here, always have been happy with the experience until today. Didn’t use a single hairspray to detangle my hair, the lady used a thin comb, which is impossible for detangling since I have big hair. I had to tell her to use a different brush, as the customer? It really hurt when she was doing my hair and my hair looks all frizzy because of brush she used for my hair. Curled it and then removed all the hair from the brush cause it’s not that kind of brush! She had no idea!
