I'm a repeat customer at Ying Thai and have never had anything short for fantastic experience before this trip. On this particular occasion the masseuse barely spoke a word of English (making it hard to communicate), the room was cold from the back door being left open (meaning my muscles refused to relax), and I left covered in bruises and marks (from a combination of the truly horrible massage technique and the masseuse's uncut nails). It was so awful I was too embarrassed to complain despite paying upfront for 2 hrs, and I'm not sure I'll be able to bring myself to go back.

The venue is fab, beautifully done. The welcome foot cleanse was a lovely touch. Therapist was excellent and really listened to my preferences. Tiny bit of negative feedback - I was in the upstairs therapy room so behind reception which was noisy when people paid.
