I booked this appointment last minute as I had a few unexpected hours spare in London before travelling up north. I was very well accommodated and felt welcomed by the salon. It always feels a bit risky to go somewhere new for the first time - especially for a treatment as delicate as a Brazilian wax... but I was so pleasantly surprised by Ying Thai. The beautician who saw me, Rena, was absolutely excellent. I hadn't had a wax for a few months and Rena was so careful not to cause me pain. She used a mixture of hot wax and warm wax to try and reduce pain and also to make sure that she could remove the hair as efficiently as possible. She was very thorough and I left a very happy customer!!! I will definitely return to Ying Thai next time I am in London - i will return for a wax and perhaps I will treat myself to a massage sometime as well! Thank you Rena for a very comfortable and professional service.
