The staff were polite and friendly towards me and were accommodating - the treatment I had was a bargain booked through treatwell and worth it. They seem to be having trouble retaining staff and the ladies that were not doing my manicure/pedicure were in a hurry to leave quite obviously.
The music could have been louder - the lady that did my paraffin wax pedicure and manicure was amazing.
Gel shellac colour i chose was really dried out - i'm shocked she managed to get anything out of the bottles, when i asked if she could use a new one she said they usually ordered the bright colours and had run out. I think i would have preferred to pick another perhaps popular colour than have her struggle to put something on my nails. Most have lasted but on a couple of nails it's quite obvious where there was a lack of gel. That is my only reason for the 3 for the Gel nails, had it been any other colour i think it would have been fine.

Best value for money ever! The environment was so relaxed and the place was so clean and the lady who did my nails was so kind and caring. Loved it! Would highly recommend it to anyone. Got shellac toes and nails done
