This was my first visit. Popped in on the off chance and luckily for us they'd had cancellations so managed to fit myself and my daughter in there and then. Made to feel welcome and as tho they'd known us years. Very relaxed atmosphere. Helpful explanation of all products used but no pushy sales pitches. Shall definately be back and thank you x
