No attempt to prevent spread of covid-19; no visors, masks tucked under the chin rather than covering the face, no disinfecting door handles etc. Makes you wonder how seriously they take cleaning their instruments. 
The hairdresser (Daniella?) was unfriendly, unwelcoming and actually quite rude.
The two hairdressers started discussing a previous client saying how unclean she was. Made me feel really uncomfortable and very unprofessional
Wouldn’t go back or recommend them

I asked for layers. Was advice on the approach that will suit me. Was given advice on the treatment available. I was very happy with the cut. The ladies made me a cup of coffee while I waited. The only small note is that the price here on treat well is incorrect. I didn't mind paying for the service I was given but I think the prices discrepancies is worth taking away one star of my review.
