First experience with Rosa and I am appalled. I have been waxed many times before and so know how it is supposed to feel. Although she was lovely, she clearly was not very experienced and tried different methods to get the wax off that was unnecessarily painful and done without warning. I have been left with bruising and marks on my legs which I have never before got when getting waxed professionally. It also took much longer than it should’ve done and than was listed in the booking.
