I have to say that my first impression was not great, a different language was being spoken very loudly and carried on until the therapist ask them to be quieter, someone smoking by the front door, not being greeted.
My bikini, eye brow and half leg was good, however my pedicure smudge on both big toes as not dry enough and my manicure was far from good on inspection, ie the colour was not uniformed, nails not filled strait.
The therapist was lovely and the room clean.
