The place and atmosphere was nice but the therapist only used one technique when massaging. she only used her arms and elbows in big movements rather that getting into the muscle like a normal sports massage. if you prefer massages with arms then this would be great but i didn't enjoy it all. The therapist was lovely though and adjusted her pressure when i asked.

Just had an amazing session with T&R Massage Therapy! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They truly listened to my concerns and focused on the areas where I was holding the most tension. The pressure was perfect, and I could tell they have incredible skill and knowledge about the body.
