My experience with T&R wrt to acupuncture from Ted & Zhang, and Deep tissue/sports massage from Reshma has been excellent. I suffer from Sciatica and back pain, and the team above always looks after me very well to make sure the pain reduces to a level where I can function and helps on preventative solutions. I fully recommend T&R and very skilled and professional services of Reshma, Zhang and Ted. Thank you.

The place and atmosphere was nice but the therapist only used one technique when massaging. she only used her arms and elbows in big movements rather that getting into the muscle like a normal sports massage. if you prefer massages with arms then this would be great but i didn't enjoy it all. The therapist was lovely though and adjusted her pressure when i asked.
