Lack of information about entry to venue - no reference to TR Holistic on entry buzzers. Receptionist vey unhelpful - just said "there's nothing I can do, you'll just have to call them".

Kareem was fantastic, actually spent the whole hour on the massage (most masseuses don't which is disappointing) and was really thorough and attentive. Highly recommended, thanks for the lovely sports massage!
