I was supposed to have a sports massage but felt more like a light relaxing massage from someone who doesn’t have much experience. Nicolai was nice but he’s clearly nos trained for sports massage. I had to spend money on a massage elsewhere the following day. I tried to email T&R to talk about my experience but the email on their website doesn’t work.

I had back and hip pain and Nicolai was very good at working out what would help and what wouldn't, I was in a lot less pain the next day
