So unimpressed. I booked a BIAB Full Set and I've got my nails filed and slabbed with a gel polish - thickly applied at the base, flat down the nail. Nowhere near a natural nail curve. My cuticles were sadly forgotten in the process.

He didn’t say even hi just kept talking to his colleague other languages and rushed through the treatment and kept pointing when he wanted me to put my hands in the lamp. He was a bit suspicious when I said I paid online. Will never go back
