Gutted. I booked a full set of extensions with dipping powder and the lady convinced me to get biab which I hadn't heard of before. Instead of the usual 1hr it takes to add tips and powder, it took 25 minutes for her to paint my nails which I could have done myself.
I questioned when there weren't tips being added but she said my nails were too soft and I trusted her judgement. She gave me a £5 discount bc I hate them but I'm devastated to have paid £30 for a 25min appt and ugly nails.

Such a lovely experience, the vibe is good and the cleanliness is top tier. I always leave feeling very happy would never go anywhere else for my nails. I have BIAB and Katy has been so patient with my growth journey and she does amazing designs

Really good experience! I took my mum for Mother’s Day and I couldn’t have picked a better place for this special day. Both our manicures were perfect. The nail stylists are very talented and have great attention to detail! Will definitely be coming again.
