i booked the appointment for my and she was really disappointed as they didn’t remove her cuticles, or properly treat her hands. she said they were rude to her and gave her dirty looks. additionally she said they charged her an additional £5 because i booked it with treatwell and she didn’t. i don’t understand why im not allowed to book an appointment for my mum to treat her. if that’s the case they should make it known you can only book for yourself.
