Terrible experience!!
I got to the nail bar at 12.08 was told to wait 20 mins, I waited 1hour, which would have been fine if someone had been communicating with me rather than have me sit there waiting, anyway, hour and 15 mins later we started my nails, as in filed them and cut the top bits off, she asked me to choose my base and walked off n carried on with a clients feet (without saying anything to me) the other staff member came n put on the nail extensions and then left me. Another client came in about 10 mins before that and said she had an appointment, which that staff member went n did her nails. I was sitting there for another 20 mins with just nail extensions on, it’s been 2 HOURS!!!! Now the original lady comes back, no apology no nothing, just stars doing my nails, in this process the tip design was not done properly the sides were not fully painted and when I asked she just fogged me off saying it wouldn’t look right.
At the end of this crazy experience my price was £45 for black tips😂😂 I told her I’m paying her £40 for bad service, she said I couldn’t do that, when I then said, it’s either that or nothing to be fair because service was AWFUL!!
Oh Yh, it’s FREZZING in there!!!
I’m never going back there. Nearly got me out of character just for nails 😂😂😂 no thanks.
