Don’t waste your time. It took them two hours and two attempts to do a simple nail paint and the finished result wasn’t even good. Then when it was time to pay their company didn’t even come up as registered. Will be reporting them for the clear tax evasions and likely health and service violations. Dirtiest salon I’ve been in.

Prices are probably the best compared to other salons in the area. However, wait times are an issue. For walk-ins they typically say that the wait is 10mins, but it is often more than this. Even if they sit you down at a table or on a pedicure seat within 10mins, you end up waiting another 15-20mins for a technician to be free and be able to start. Myself and another client were once waiting for about an hour. For someone with a full-time job and a child, time is of the essence, so even if they said honestly "the wait time is an hour" that would be better as I'd be able to come back an hour later after running errands. The process itself is also rushed, I often have to ask the technician to refile my nails because the shapes don't match or are wonky, and the nail polish brand they use for Gel/Shellac chips quite quickly (within a week or so, in comparison to three or more weeks in other salons). While the salon can be convenient & is cost effective, it's not practical for those who need a punctual and long-lasting service.

This nail salon was extremely cheap in regards to their pricing. They had fairly good reviews so thought this was a reliable and professional salon.
However, i took my younger sister and myself to treat our selves but it was nothing but a disappointment.
The woman said she can do acrylic overlay for my sisters nails and make them appear a little longer.
Half way through i can see they are the exact same length as my sisters nails. I asked her to correct and instead she started to shout and moan. If i am paying for a service id like to feel satisfied, are we not entitled to that?
Additionally, the nail shape and nail sizes are completely different from one another, the same day, top coat is peeling and u can see the actual colour of my sisters nails. They use minimal product.
I decided to get biab, have been doing so for years and wanted to start my journey again. The ladies application was amazing, however after you can see the rest was rushed. No filing , they was like huge bubbles on my finger with loads of raised bumps. I asked if she can redo them and did them but they just wasn’t as good as previous places i’ve been to. You can see right through my nails, possibly will end up braking due to how thin they are. No cuticle care. Just a quick in and out.
It’s crazy because it was dead empty , they even had staff sitting around on their phones. So there shouldn’t be no rush!?!
Besides that , it’s extremely freezing in the nail shop. All workers was wearing coats and we was shivering as it was colder inside rather than outside. Just a FYI if you ever decide to get ur nails done here .
Just wouldn’t recommend, it’s cheaper, but honestly bad and the attitude in that place reeks.
But i’ve learnt my lesson , i even tipped due to them redoing my nails and still felt really unsatisfied. Won’t be coming here again.
Save your money and go else where !
