Awful. I went for a perm but she burnt my lashes off on both eyes - even though I had thin lashes I now have half the lashes I used to have. To make it worse, when I went back to see what could be done she arrogantly accused me of wasting her time and didn’t even offer a refund. Stay away for anything eyelash related!

Em was fab! She took great care, and did a fantastic job on my lashes. I got extensions for my holiday, arrived home yesterday and haven’t lost any yet! So pleased!
