Staff were friendly, salon was clean but had to remind the staff member that I wanted tips. Also charged me an extra £15 on top of the £27 I had already paid which I felt was quite extreme.

The lady who did my nails was really lovely and understanding (other nail salons love using the tool that grinds your nails right down which ruins your nails but this lady didn’t use that). Overall experience was really good. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in is that they only have one Biab colour and were encouraging me to have shellac over the top. Thankfully the one colour they had was the one I wanted.
