Aiden immediately made me feel at ease from entering the clinic/tanning salon until I left.
The treatment was fully explained to me again, and at each stage throughout the procedure Aiden reassured me, with what he was going to do and how it may feel so there were no surprises.
During my visit I felt well looked after and valued, entering feeling quite dubious and slightly vulnerable - leaving confident, reassured and happy.

Aiden was extremely patient and professional whilst being funny and caring, was treating my Autistic daughter and went way above any I expected to make her feel comfortable. Adapted his questions so she could understand what he meant. Was soooooo inclusive I would 100% recommend these guys. Just because my daughter is Autistic doesn’t mean she has to miss out on things and these guys made that possible 🥰
