My first impression was the friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff who I was greeted by upon inquiring abut Roxanne’s treatments.
Roxanne was a delight, caring, attentive and most importantly ‘listened’ to exactly what i wanted to achieve. Roxanne s knowledge about her work and experience gave me the confidence (as a first timer) to be able to relax into the treatment in the safe space that was offered.
