I really enjoyed my Swedish massage at Swish. It was one of the best massages I've had in a long time.
I did have a few concerns arriving and leaving the salon about their adherence to COVID 19 restrictions. There were a lot of people in the reception / front part of the salon with little social distancing.
Timing & Communication Issues - the salon has problems with timing appointments. I was waiting for half an hour in salon (after appointment time) before I had to ask someone what was going on. I had to reschedule and then the second appointment was also late. I understand things can run behind but just communicate with customer. I like the haircuts but they need to sort this. Thanks.

Last month I went to get my colour fixed and today I went to get some layers and a nice shape to my cut. I’m as happy as I was the last time. Everything was just perfect.
This was my first post-lockdown haircut/styling and the salon is fully equipped for operating under the current pandemic so I felt safe the entire time.
And I can’t say enough about Francesco’s work! He’s a true professional who did exactly what I asked him to do, unlike many others who just take the liberty to do whatever *they* feel like doing with your hair. I haven’t been this happy with a hair treatment in a long time and will be a returning customer for sure!
