First time getting spray tan! Lorena explained everything clearly and was very sweet. Awesome staff - nice and bubbly! The salon is organised and clean. Will definitely return!

I really enjoyed my Swedish massage at Swish. It was one of the best massages I've had in a long time.
I did have a few concerns arriving and leaving the salon about their adherence to COVID 19 restrictions. There were a lot of people in the reception / front part of the salon with little social distancing.

Timing & Communication Issues - the salon has problems with timing appointments. I was waiting for half an hour in salon (after appointment time) before I had to ask someone what was going on. I had to reschedule and then the second appointment was also late. I understand things can run behind but just communicate with customer. I like the haircuts but they need to sort this. Thanks.
