I was not introduced to my therapist on arrival or given any consultation. The massage was very relaxing but not a deep tissue massage as booked I was stroked without any concerntration to areas of tension. Here weren’t any deeper massage techniques used so a Swedish massage at best should of been advertised. I was not given any after care and was double checked that I’d payed for the treatment so would not go again due to lack of customer service, care mislead on treatment booking!
