I booked in for a last minute massage after developing some neck/shoulder pain, uncomfortable and hindering my sleep & daily business.
The 25-minute session was a perfect option to squeeze in between other commitments.
Dayana listened to my concerns and spent a great amount of time trying to ease the pain.
Plenty of water and stretching afterwards maintained my improved mobility and more importantly, sleep.
