Excellent sports therapy massage. Paris is very knowledgeable, he quickly identified problem areas, and worked out stubborn knots, especially in the mid-back. I left feeling looser, with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend!

Suffered with a longstanding neck strain and a recent calf strain. Visited the Swedish Sports Massage, Burley, Leeds. My first session (Deep Tissue Massage) was thorough, intensive and precise, perfect. The treatments from Hitanshu included Deep Tissue Massage, IASTM using a steel tool to initiate the maximum treatment to the area and TECAR therapy which is enjoyable as the application is gentle, mix of heat, radiowaves delivering outstanding results. I strongly recommend Swedish Sports Massage
