Fantastic sports massage, although yes, it hurt due to the knots in the muscle, Hitanshu was able to pinpoint the issue and work to resolve it quickly. My shoulder pain was almost gone after 1 session and combined with stretches Hitanshu suggested, I'm not longer waking in pain in the night after only 2 treatments .
Have already booked further treatments.

The swedish massage was perfect. Paris sorted out the knots and made my shoulder feel less tight. Paris commumicated to me all way through and reassured about the pressure which i really liked. Highly recommended. Clean, professional. Room was warm and nicely lit for the relaxation massage. This is my third time coming all way from Birmingham, and can definetly trust this service and preferences for the massage are heard and acknowledged and it is tailored to your requirements

Absolutely great deep tissue massage. Paris is clearly very knowledgable and worked out a lot of knots in my back, some that I didn’t even know were there until he found them! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a deep tissue/ sports type massage

I have been going to Swedish Sports Massage for over a year now due to arthritis in my knees. It is really painful and the doctors will only offer prescription pain killers which I don't want. I don't know how he does it but by seeing Hitanshu twice a month I have no pain in my knees. I average 20,000 steps a day in my job, so you can imagine how grateful I am to Hitanshu.

I attended with a sports injury to my thigh I play a lot of Raquette Sports. Paris was very professional, knowledgeable & skilled in his work. He performed the Swedish Sports Massage with PNF stretching. All I can say is WOW amazing. I followed instructions to have a warm bath afterwards & my muscles felt released to there optimum and rejuvenated. So very impressed thank you. I will be telling everyone in my sports club & booking in for a monthly treatment myself. Many thanks again Paris. Adele
